4. Arrange ground transportation:
   • Book bus transfers with our discounted preferred vendor (contact info sent after hotel booking).

   Approx. one way ground transfer cost for reference:
   • Toronto Pearson Airport <-> Sheraton Hamilton: $130 per car or $900 per 24 passenger minibus.

5. Submit your hotel check in guest names and payment by Dec 5.

This will also serve as a head count for our main program ballroom seating. Everyone attending the event is requested to book your rooms via this page.
